Understanding both the inconvenience lock outs can cause and that they could happen at any hour we strive towards a fast response, 24 hour* service to attend and gain entry for you. Upon arrival our locksmith will determine the best course of action and proceed in the best manner.
Where possible we will try and pick or open the lock without causing any damage to it. If the key is on the inside of the lock we can attempt to extract it via a letter box tool. If the only solution would be to drill the lock (if other methods have been exhausted) or if there is irreparable damage to it we can replace the barrel of the lock and provide new keys to operate it.
Entry, repair or replacement also applies to other items including window or door handles, night latches or window and door multi-point locking mechanisms.
